BUH-BYE 2020: 6+ Journal Prompts to Reflect and Reset for the New Year, Part 1 Share on XWho’s ready for a reset button on this year? Although a time machine isn’t like in our near future we CAN spend some time reflecting on the year, finding the wins, and making shifts to move forward at our very best.
A great way to dive into this is through journaling, so I decided to pull some of the journal prompts from the Your Guiding Word course to help you do it.
These 6 questions will help you:
- reflect on this wild year in helpful, productive ways
- find the lessons (so you can be sure not to repeat them lol)
- create some forgiveness and closure so you’re READY to
- and know what to DO with all of it so you can move forward (and not drag the hard parts of 2020 into the new year)
Grab a pen and journal and answer these 6 prompts to help you reflect and reset for the new year. Then comment on the video and share a regret of yours and what you will do differently.
Scroll up to watch it above or head on over to YT to catch it there and check out my other videos that will have you kicking ass into the new year.
This is Part 1 btw – next week will have 6 MORE prompts to take you further, so make sure you’re subscribed so you don’t miss it!
