2020 has been a crazy year. So if you’re feeling like all your well-laid “new decade” plans got waylaid before they even got their little baby legs under them, you’re obviously not alone.
In this video I want to share with you how I got back on track in one massive re-alignment session to evaluate my old routines against my new needs, and figure out a sustainable way to pull it all together.
What that looks like
I’m taking you step-by-step through the process of:
- Figuring out what belongs in my new routines/schedules
- Setting up MULTIPLE options (and why I do this)
- How I get my new routines setup in advance
BUT THIS IS NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART.
Some of this will be unrealistic and unnecessary for where you are in life. Take what might help YOU get back on track, and leave the rest for later.
