* Troubleshooting:
- Specifically look for an email that says WELCOME in the subject line…it’ll have your access/login details inside.
- NO welcome email, NOR receipt email? There is likely a typo in your email, or it didn’t process. Email me at [email protected] and let me know your first/last name, intended email address, and approx. time of purchase, and my team will sort ya out.
- If you DO have a receipt but NOT a Welcome/access email, check Spam, Promotions tabs, and any folders and filters it could’ve landed in by mistake. If it’s there, drag it into your inbox so you don’t miss any other emails that come as part of your course.
- If it’s NOT in Spam/folders/etc, that means the Tech Gremlins were chewing on the wires. (Damn them!) First WHITELIST this email address (add it to your contacts) then email me at [email protected] from the email you purchased with and ACCOUNT in the subject line, and I can resend it to you! Please be patient though, as we try to practice healthy work/life balance too, so it can take up to 1-2 business days to get you sorted. However, your email will be our TOP priority, and we can usually get to you within just a few hours.
