How I’m Getting Back on Track After the First Half of 2020 | My Reset Routine

It’s been a crazy year. This is how I’m getting back on track with my morning routines, success habits, and goals.

2020 has been a crazy year. So if you’re feeling like all your well-laid “new decade” plans got waylaid before they even got their little baby legs under them, you’re obviously not alone.

In this video I want to share with you how I got back on track in one massive re-alignment session to evaluate my old routines against my new needs, and figure out a sustainable way to pull it all together.

What that looks like

I’m taking you step-by-step through the process of:

  • Figuring out what belongs in my new routines/schedules
  • Setting up MULTIPLE options (and why I do this)
  • How I get my new routines setup in advance

BUT THIS IS NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART.

Some of this will be unrealistic and unnecessary for where you are in life. Take what might help YOU get back on track, and leave the rest for later.

This video can show you how to get BACK on track, or how to reset your life, but NOT how to make it over for the first time.

Getting your life together FROM SCRATCH requires a slower approach. You can learn more about that by clicking here.

But if you’re ready to get your feet back under you scroll up to watch the video or check out: “How I’m Getting Back on Track in 2020” on YT.

What about you, boss lady?

2020 needs your BEST self, not your STRESSED self. Are you ready to get back on track? What’s first for you?
